FRIENDSHIPS DAY
At AICL, Friendship Day was celebrated with a dress-alike-friends competition. Friends were asked to wear similar clothes and look like twins. We encouraged them to take selfies and nominate themselves for the prizes… it was a tremendously fun day to witness friends at work.
GLOBAL PARENT’S DAY – BRING YOUR CHILD TO WORK:
At AICL, the Global Parents’ Day was celebrated in a unique way, by inviting employees to bring their children to the office. Our idea was to let the children have a tour around the office as well as the factory / stores and get a feel of their parents’ workplaces, while having a lot of fun. It was a day special care was taken to ensure the children felt special and well taken care of. They were served their favorite breakfast, meal, and evening snacks. The day concluded with an animated movie, music and gifts for the children to take away. The happy and contented smiles on their faces were reward enough for us.
INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY
It is our continuous effort to update and bring up events that can make at least a small change in everyone’s personal as well as professional life. On the occasion of World Yoga day on 21st June 2016, we organized a yoga session by an external yoga trainer Mr. Nadeem Khan at two locations i.e. at Manor and later at ACX. All our employees as well as the workers were invited to be a part of the session.
LIBRARY BOOK CIRCULATION TO LABORS
At Arihant, our employees are encouraged to develop a passion for reading. Our library is stocked with a range of books, with many more getting added to the list. This time we circulated some books to our factory workers.
BOX CRICKET
As is our yearly tradition, box cricket was organized for our employees combining the AICL and Manor staff. We had a total of 8 teams participating in this post-office hours thrilling game. The team under the captaincy of Vikas Singh won the match. The well-known IPL tune was played at the beginning of the game as an announcement of the game beginning and live commentary was provided by our talented employees, all of which added some spice to the event.
INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATIONS
At Arihant, Independence Day was celebrated by organizing a department decoration competition, with a tricolor dress code. There was an enthusiastic response from employees of all departments.
DUSSHERA CELEBRATIONS
At Arihant, the catchphrase is that “we exist to create happy moments”. We make it true and it starts from our own employees. For this festival immediate family members of our employees for were invited to the office for Dussehra celebrations. The event was organized with talent shows where employees and family members including kids were allowed to participate in the competition. The event was concluded with evening snacks and garba.
